2024 season will be coach OD's 36th year as head coach at Stepinac HS & his 44th year at Stepinac HS. Coach O'D took over as the Stepinac AD in 2005 .

Coach OD has been married for 36 years to his wife Carla. Carla is a teacher in Yonkers school system. They are very proud of their children Margaret 34, Conor 32 [Stepinac 2009] & Liam 28 [Stepinac 2014]. The O'Donnell family resides in White Plains NY.
Coach has coached many great players over the years. A couple have been lucky enough to make in the professional ranks

The Stepinac Football program has sent many players to Div 1 schools in past few years [Minnesota, Boston College , Oregon, Columbia, Yale, Harvard, Brown, Syracuse, Akron, Sacred Heart, Stony Brook, Holy Cross, Maine, Memphis, Marist, Fordham, Rhode Island, Ball State, Colgate, Hampton, Naval Academy, Indiana State & University of Pennsylvania ].
Next Season we will have 10 players playing in the NESCAC conference & at top academic schools like Franklin and Marshall.
There will be 60 Crusaders alumni playing Football this year in Colleges all over the country.
